Please ensure that you have made time in your calendar for the meeting and that all relevant staff are on duty and able to contribute to the process should they be required. The assessor is highly experienced and will guide you through each section. If you are unsure about anything or have any questions this is a great opportunity to utilise their knowledge. They will talk through how to access E-Cristal the reporting platform and how to close any actions you have following the meeting.

Your report & Actions

Your report & Actions

Within a week of your security assessment, you will see the report that the assessor compiled from their findings on the day. This will be accessed via the E-Cristal platform, so it is important to keep your login details that are given so that you can view this. You may also have actions. These are things that we ask you to rectify so that you are meeting the TUI Security standard. Move to the What Happens Next section.
