Introduction to Product & Purchasing

TUI is the world’s largest tourism group, operating globally and taking 27 million customers away each year.

In 2019, the Product & Purchasing team at TUI purchased over £5bn worth of hotel beds and works with over 8,000 hotel partners to offer 20,000 hotels, across 70 different destinations.

Working with hotel partners is key to TUI’s tour operator strategy and each and every partner is important to us.

Whether you are a TUI partner or thinking of working with us – our TUIPartners.com tool is here to support. It is ‘one stop shop’ for information and guidance, so TUI is even easier to do business with for all partners.

We also have a dedicated purchasing team, with hundreds of colleagues located across the world to personally support our partners. If you at any point have any questions or need any support, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Why work with TUI?

A global business – TUI operates across 13 source markets across Europe. This makes us different and meant during the pandemic we were the first operator back across many destinations

Power of the TUI brand – the group includes leading tour operator brands, online marketing platforms and hundreds of travel agencies across Europe.  We invest in large scale global advertising campaigns and have a strong distribution network to sell holidays.

More than just a tour operator – we have five airlines and on our flights we bring in guaranteed customers to a destination, as a very large percentage of our capacity is a package. We also have 15 cruise ships and offer cruise and stay packages for the majority of cruise itineraries – which is more business for our hotel partners.
