Each year TUI works together with you, our partners, to create new hotels or undertake major refurbishment work. Ensuring the building is constructed or refurbished in such a way that it includes the essential health & safety requirements means we both ‘get it right’ at the beginning.

Where the work is structural or extensive it is important that you inform your TUI Sourcing Manager or the Destination team of the proposed scope of work.

The information below will help you and the people you work with on your project to:

  • Understand TUI’s health & safety requirements and the procedures we follow
  • ‘Design in’ any required safety features at the planning stage of your project rather than needing to make costly adjustments later
  • Be aware of the assessments that may take place before TUI customers are due to arrive and within 7 days of first TUI customer arrivals
