TUI’s Global Hotel Awards 2024
The TUI Global Hotel Awards recognise the incredible efforts of our hotel partners and celebrate the very best of the best. We are delighted to share the categories and criteria for our 2024 awards.
Full details are below. Winners will be announced at a physical awards ceremony in Berlin in March, at the beginning of ITB.
Don’t’ forget to encourage guests to complete TUI questionnaires after their holiday, as every single survey returned counts towards your eligibility for an award.

Criteria for 2024 Awards
Minimum CSQ feedback:
After returning from a TUI holiday, customers have the option of providing feedback on every part of their holiday experience including their hotel. These customer satisfaction questionnaires (CSQs) is what the winners of the TUI Global Hotel Awards are based on. In order to be included in the selection process, a least 100 CSQ ratings within 12 months 1st November 2022 – 31st October 2023 for “Accommodation Overall” is needed. The best performing hotels will then be considered for an award.
Certification:
All hotels participating in the awards should be either be certified to a GSTC-recognised standard, e.g. Travelife, or have committed to being certified by October 2023.

When will winners be informed?
Once all CSQs are in, TUI will review the top performing hotels in terms of service and quality and announce TUI Global Hotel Awards Top 100. Hotel partners in the Top 100 will be contacted directly and a list will be published here on TUIPartners.com. Finalists will also be invited to the awards ceremony in Berlin.
How can I win a TUI Global Hotel Award?
TUI Global Hotel Awards are based on customer feedback. To be eligible for an award a hotel must meet the minimum criteria, outlined above in the ‘criteria section’. Encouraging customers to complete their TUI feedback questionnaires after their holiday, and continuing to deliver a fantastic hotel experience, will increase a partners chances of being eligible for an award hotel partners.
Additional Special Awards will be presented every year to honour outstanding achievements.
