TUI’s transforming into a digital platform company, which was accelerated following the pandemic. This includes new ways of working with our hotel partners.  In the future across all markets, we will have one system and one way of working to purchase hotels, so we’re even easier to do business with.

We are starting with a single contracting system that some of you may already have used. The next step will be to roll out our new hotelier portal that will provide you with live information on your hotel rooms contracted to TUI. Through this new tool you will be able to monitor and manage room availability and pricing, upload any offers as well as access information such as health & safety or sustainability guidelines.
