Once the hotel is operational again there are additional arrangements that need to be in place to ensure that all the good work that has taken place continues. You need to ensure that you Covid-19 plan continues to be implemented and that you monitor the various aspects of the plan. An example would be that illness is recorded, monitored and emergency procedures implemented if necessary.
We all need to ensure that we communicate with each other; that both staff and guests are provided with the information they need and that relevant third party suppliers know what is required of them.
