Our aim remains to prevent the spread of infection from person to person within our hotels. This is known as POSI – Prevention of Spread of Infection.
National governments and organisations such as the World Health Organisation continue to provide best practice guidance and this is what our policies are based on.
The spread of infection can happen in many ways depending on the type of infection involved, for example Norovirus, Cryptosporidium and SARS-CoV-2. The key to stopping infection spreading is good cleaning and hygiene practices.
In this section you will find useful documents and guidance to help you manage your POSI response. Some were written during the covid-19 pandemic, but the good practice applies to any infectious disease.
