We use the CSQ returns which we receive from our guests to improve the customer journey.
Our systems evaluate the customer ratings and allow us to view and analyse the current status of each of our worldwide partner hotels at any time.
From a number of 60 guest feedbacks, a trend can already be seen – that’s why every single rating counts. We would be happy to support you in actively establishing guest surveys in your hotels. Point out the guest survey in the TUI app to our mutual customers and ask the guest for their feedback at the end of their holidays.
