TUI kicked off the summer season in Cyprus by opening the new Robinson Club Cyprus last week.
With German travel restrictions easing TUI fly’s first flights took from Hanover and Düsseldorf on 13 June, bringing German customers back to the destination. TUI fly will operate weekly flights from Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Hanover to Larnaca.
With German operations restarting to Cyprus. TUI is now bringing back customers from four different source markets – Germany, Sweden, Switzerland and Poland. TUI Austria will resume its operations to Cyprus from the 23 June.
TUI’s new Robinson Club is located in the south of Cyprus on a long sandy beach and offers an ideal holiday for families and couples. The opening was marked with a big socially distanced event, with guests and sales partners able to experience the new hotel for the first time. Cyprus Tourism Minister Perdios also joined the celebrations with TUI AG’s CFO, Sebastian Ebel.
In total, TUI offers hundreds of hotels in Cyprus, including its own brands and concepts. With the new Robinson hotel, there are now six of TUI’s own brands and concepts in Cyprus from TUI Blue and Sensatori to a Suneo Hotel. Many of these hotels are operated by TUI’s strategic partner Atlantica who are also the leading Cypriot hotel chain. All Atlantica’s hotels are available to book across all TUI source markets, with the exception of France.
