The coronavirus is the biggest crisis our industry has ever faced and we want to personally thank each of our hotel partners for your support throughout. At this time it’s unclear when our operations will resume, but our teams on the ground will remain in regular contact to keep you informed.

We will post a weekly operational bulletin here each week, to keep you up to date when our holidays will resume across each of our markets.

We will also keep you informed on TUI’s transformation into a digital platform company, which is being accelerated following the pandemic. This includes new ways of working with our hotel partners.  In the future across all markets, we will have one system and one way of working to purchase hotels, so we’re even easier to do business with.

We’re starting with a single contracting system that some of you may already have used. The next step will be to roll out our new hotelier portal that will provide you with live information on your hotel rooms contracted to TUI. Through this new tool you will be able to monitor and manage room availability and pricing, upload any offers as well as access information such as health & safety or sustainability guidelines.

Our teams will be providing step by step guides, training videos and other materials to support you through this change.  Please be assured they will be with you every step of the way.
