Dear Valued Partner,

The summer has flown by, it’s hard to believe it’s November and the winter season is already well under way.  

It was wonderful to see so many of you recently at World Travel Market in London, which was back in full swing following the pandemic. Thank you for valuable discussions, your insights and for your continued collaboration.

Together with you, we look forward to continuing to deliver incredible holidays for our mutual customers this season. 

On the 1^st October, Sebastian Ebel, member of the Executive Board took over as CEO of TUI Group. Sebastian and I share the belief that the key to our success is working together in collaboration with you to shape the future of tourism. He has already visited many of our destinations and will continue to make this a priority in the future, and he is looking forward to meeting you to discuss these very important topics in person.  

I am also looking forward to seeing many more partners over the coming weeks and months on the resort trips I have planned.
